00:02:00 — How it works

From raw recording to published episode in four moves.

STEP 01

You record, we receive

Upload raw audio/video to a shared drive. That's the last time you touch the file.

STEP 02

Edit, mix, master

Filler words gone, pacing tightened, levels balanced, noise cleaned. Your voice — just its best take.

STEP 03

Package for discovery

Titles, thumbnails, chapters, show notes and a batch of vertical clips engineered to hook new viewers.

STEP 04

Publish & report

Scheduled across YouTube and audio platforms. Monthly analytics review so growth is a plan, not a hope.

00:03:00 — What we handle

Everything after "we're rolling."

IN 00:00

Edit & mix

Tight pacing, clean dialogue, warm mastering. Multi-track audio and multi-cam video handled end to end.

CUT 12:40

Clips & shorts

Hook-first vertical clips for YouTube Shorts, Reels and TikTok — the growth engine for every show we run.

FRAME 01

Thumbnails & packaging

Titles and thumbnails tested for click-through, so great episodes actually get discovered.

OUT 58:00

Publish & grow

Scheduling, show notes, chapters, SEO and analytics reviews. You record, we run the machine.

00:04:00 — Podcast management

Beyond editing: we run the whole show.

For hosts who want to show up, record, and log off — full podcast management covers everything else, including complete social media management across every platform your audience lives on.

SOCIAL 01

Complete social media management

Daily posting, community engagement and DM/comment management across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and X — every episode repurposed into a week of content.

SOCIAL 02

Content calendar & strategy

A rolling 30-day calendar mapping episodes, clips, quote graphics, audiograms and stories — planned around trends and your audience's peak hours.

OPS 01

Guest booking & coordination

Outreach, scheduling, prep documents and follow-ups. Your calendar fills with the right guests without you chasing anyone.

OPS 02

Distribution & show notes

Publishing across YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts and RSS, with SEO-written show notes, chapters and episode pages.

GROWTH 01

Analytics & monthly reporting

One clear monthly report: what grew, what flopped, and exactly what we're changing next month. Growth as a system, not luck.

GROWTH 02

Brand & sponsorship support

Media kits, audience data decks and sponsor deliverables handled — so when brands come knocking, you look like the professional operation you are.

One retainer. Zero busywork. You record the episode — we handle production, publishing, socials, guests and growth end-to-end.

Ask about full management
00:05:00 — Client voices

What hosts say when the mic is off.

Editing used to eat my whole week. Now I record, upload the raw files, and a finished episode comes back better than I imagined it.

LukeHost — Luke Mind Power Podcast

Running three shows on one channel only works because the pipeline never breaks. Deadlines hit, quality holds, every single week.

Paul BarnhurstThe FP&A Guy — FP&A Tomorrow

Long conversations on difficult topics need an editor who understands nuance. The cut always keeps the meaning intact.

Imran Noshad KhanHost — The Northern Podcast

The clips strategy changed everything. Episodes we recorded months ago still bring in new subscribers daily.

00:06:00 — Questions

Before you ask.

What's your turnaround time?

Standard turnaround is 3–5 business days per episode. Weekly shows get a fixed slot in the pipeline so your release day never slips. Rush delivery is available.

What does full podcast management include?

Everything: production, publishing, complete social media management (posting, engagement, community), guest booking, show notes, analytics and monthly strategy. You record — we run the rest.

Do you work with new podcasts or only established ones?

Both. Some of the best case studies start at zero — launching with professional quality from episode one compounds faster than fixing things later.

What do I need to send you?

Just your raw recordings (audio and/or video files) in a shared folder. We handle format conversion, syncing multi-cam footage, and everything downstream.

How does the free audit work?

Send a link to your show through the contact form. Within a few days you'll get three specific, actionable things I'd improve — editing, packaging, or strategy. No obligation, no generic checklist.

Can you handle Urdu / bilingual content?

Yes — including bilingual subtitles and clip strategies for audiences across Pakistan, India and the diaspora.

00:07:00 — Roll credits, start yours

Let's make your show the next case study.

Tell me about your podcast — where it is now and where you want it to go. I'll reply with a free audit: three specific things I'd improve in your current episodes, no strings attached.

00:59:40 — Behind the mic

From a lockdown hobby to producing for shows around the world.

Every editor has an origin story. Here's mine.

Ashar, founder of Mic n Lens, on a rooftop overlooking the mountains EST. 2019 100% self-taught

Ashar — editor, producer, founder of Mic n Lens

My story

When COVID-19 shut everything down in 2019, I picked up a free editing app out of pure boredom — just cutting clips for fun, with zero plan of turning it into anything. That boredom turned into obsession fast: through the months that followed I spent late nights learning frame by frame, teaching myself pacing, sound design and color through nothing but tutorials, trial and error, and hundreds of hours in the timeline — no film school, no shortcuts, just reps.

By 2022, the hobby had become a craft good enough to charge for. I took on my first paying clients, learned how to manage feedback and deadlines, and started building an actual production workflow instead of just editing one video at a time. That workflow is what eventually grew into Mic n Lens.

Today, that same curiosity from a locked-down bedroom has turned into a full production studio. I assist podcast hosts across the globe — from mindset coaches to finance shows to health & wellness podcasts — with editing, video, publishing and growth strategy, helping their shows sound sharper and reach further, one episode at a time.
